Safeguarding & General Complaints / Grievance / Concerns                Disciplinary and Complaints Procedure​          

The welfare of any child is paramount to Magnum FSC.   In order to assist us in upholding this principle you are asked to complete a form for any issues/complaints/concern/grievance/incidents relating to someone or something within Magnum FSC.  This form can be found in Appendix 2 of the Disciplinary and Complaints Procedure using this link. 

 

Concerns may be about the behaviour of a child or adult.  If you are submitting on behalf of someone who is 16 years or over, then you must obtain written consent from them, that they are happy for you to do so.

If the safeguarding issue is of an IMMEDIATE OR VERY SERIOUS nature then contact should be made with Magnum FSC CPO directly and without delay:                                         Avril Allan.

                     

NO FORMAL COMPLAINTS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED.  VERBAL OR WRITTEN COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION.  THIS WILL ENSURE A FAIR PROCESS FOR EVERYONE.
